Front Desk / Medical Assistant Wanted for Holistic Clinic in Grants Pass

A growing holistic naturopathic clinic in Grants Pass is seeking a warm, reliable, and growth-oriented Front Desk / Medical Assistant to join our integrative team. This is an independent contractor role, starting at 8+ hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the clinic expands—especially with training in hydrotherapy treatments.

We specialize in naturopathic primary care, IV therapy, hydrotherapy, and emotional healing. We're looking for someone who is aligned with our holistic approach and ready to grow with us.

Role and Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and support check-in/check-out
Schedule/reschedule appointments via phone and email
Maintain and prepare patient charts
Assist with supply organization and clinic flow
Help support IV therapy days and general office upkeep
Communicate with labs to request or follow up on results
Interface with insurance for benefit checks or prior auth follow-ups
Some remote administrative work possible
Learn and perform Constitutional Hydrotherapy treatments (training provided)

Ideal Qualities:
Friendly, grounded, and professional presence
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable requesting labs and navigating insurance conversations
Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic clinic setting
Experience with EMRs, Google Drive, or scheduling software is a plus
Interest in holistic medicine, naturopathic care, and patient-centered wellness
Willingness to be trained in hydrotherapy (a key area for growth)

Mandatory:
Must have an LLC as this is an Independent Contractor Position (If you do not, it is really easy to make one!)
Have experience in medical offices, working with other health care practitioners
Willingness to learn hydrotherapy treatments, as this will be apart of the job! It is really fun to do. Please watch the video below for education on the process.

Compensation & Structure
$19–$21/hour depending on experience
Independent contractor position
Starting with 8+ hours/week, with opportunity to expand to full-time
